Renewal option published: Die Laufzeit der Rahmenvereinbarung beträgt vier Jahre beginnend mit dem Abschluss der Rahmenvereinbarung am 05.02.2024. Die Auftraggeberin hat das einseitige Gestaltungsrecht, die Rahmenvereinbarung um ein weiteres Jahr zu verlängern. Diese Verlängerung tritt automatisch ein, sofern die Rahmenvereinbarung nicht spätestens sechs Monate vor Ablauf des jeweiligen Auftragsjahres von der Auftraggeberin schriftlich beendet wird. Die maximale Dauer der Rahmenvereinbarung beträgt demnach fünf Jahre.
